BJ Sweeney is the ringmaster and paperwork of BJ Sweeney's Big Top Circus, but only in the beginning.

BJ is a yellow cab with brown eyebrows and a brown handlebar mustache. He wears a red coat with gold around the collar, a blue bowtie, and a black top hat.
History[]
Putt-Putt pulled into the circus grounds to find Mr. Sweeney, buried under a mountain of papers and crying because none of the circus' acts were in the right place. But since Putt-Putt offered to help out with the circus, B.J. Sweeney said if he got all the acts up and running by opening night, he'd have free circus tickets for life. After Putt-Putt went all over the circus grounds to find the five performers' main acts, BJ Sweeney lets him join the circus as his special thank-you to him.
