SPY Fox in "Dry Cereal"[]
Captain Drydock only appears in the White Water storyline.
Prior to the game's start, Captain Drydock was able to sail the seas without fear thanks to him having his Lucky Charm. At some point, he lost to Artimice J. Bigpig in an intense game of Go Fish, resulting in him losing his lucky charm to Mr. Bigpig.
In the White Water storyline, SPY Fox will need Captain Drydock and his boat to help him investigate a previous destination the S.S. Deadweight went to, however the captain reveals he can't do that without his lucky charm as he fears that something bad will happen to him if he sails without it. After SPY Fox wins the charm from Mr. Bigpig, he returns the lost lucky charm to Captain Drydock. The overjoyed captain then allows SPY Fox to sail with him whenever he wishes.
If SPY Fox puts on his frog suit at the White Water location and returns to the docks, Captain Drydock will allow SPY Fox to leave his frog suit on the S.S. Winaprize.
