Clarence is a character featured in Putt-Putt Joins the Parade. He resides in house number two on Green Street. He speaks in a quick manner, maybe somewhat snooty.
Putt-Putt Joins the Parade
Putt-Putt can mow his lawn if Smokey states Putt-Putt should start mowing lawns in Green Street; or deliver his groceries from Baldini's Grocery Store if Mr. Baldini requests him to do so.
In the parade, Clarence carries a green balloon and three spiders for pets. Clicking repeatedly will reveal one spider opening and closing the hood, one opening and closing a front door, and one opening and closing a back window. Then all three get out of the car and onto the trunk door, and finally all of them weave strings and jump to fly mid-air.
Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon
He also makes a cameo at the end of Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon. When Putt-Putt returns to Earth, he says that everyone was worried about him. His voice is completely different.
