A Clock is an item that is first shown in Freddi Fish and the Case of the Missing Kelp Seeds.

Freddi Fish and Luther will need a clock in order for Ray to give them the Super-Duper-Dooka-Booka-Poly-Gizmo. After getting the dogfish to leave, they can go inside the wrecked car and take the clock that is attached. After Freddi and Luther give Ray the clock, he will give them the Super-Duper-Dooka-Booka-Poly-Gizmo in return.
Doing this is optional unless Freddi and Luther need to get the bottle from King Crab.
