Blue Street is one of the three residential streets found north of Cartown in Putt-Putt Joins the Parade. On the road to the houses, four small mice in marching band uniforms are sulking in the middle of the road as they don't have any music to entice them to march as a marching band. Anytime the horn is honked, one replies, "Beep, beep yourself." To get the mice to move, Putt-Putt must turn on his radio, so the mice will march off as a marching band. On the residential street, Putt-Putt can mow the residents' lawns and bring them groceries.
Unlike Red and Green Streets, the gender proportion is the opposite. While on each of those streets, there are three males and only one female, on this street, there are three females and only one male. The same is true with which house is at the dead end.
All of the houses' back lawns have bird baths except Gert's (three for Trixie and two each for Bronco and Mrs. Bumper).
Only one resident, Gert, joins the parade.
