Buster T. Buggy is a character from Putt-Putt Joins the Parade. He resides in house number one on Green Street. He is 99 years old. As such, he has an elderly voice, with a slight southern accent.
Putt-Putt Joins the Parade[]
Putt-Putt can mow his lawn if Smokey states Putt-Putt should start mowing lawns in Green Street; or deliver his groceries from Baldini's Grocery Store if Mr. Baldini requests him to do so.
In the parade, Buster carries a purple balloon and a cat and mouse, both of whom will fight each other as the cat chases the mouse.
On the radio, it's mentioned that he will be celebrating his 100th birthday next month, inviting all of Cartown to his garage for grease cakes and anti-freeze.
Buster is the only resident of Green Street to have any bird baths (three in this case), and the only male resident of any street's House #1.
