Mother Nature is the president and CEO of World Wide Weather in Pajama Sam 2: Thunder and Lightning Aren't So Frightening.
When Pajama Sam installs the third component back into a weather machine, Mother Nature contacts Thunder and Lightning and tells them about a certain weather that has been wrong. She then tells them that she is going down there to inspect the weather.
After Sam fixed all of the machines, Mother Nature finally comes down. She warns Thunder and Lightning that if the weather isn't perfect then they are both in trouble. Thunder and Lightning attempt to stall her, but to no avail. After seeing the monitors when Sam comes in, she sees that the weather is fine. When she asks who Sam is, Thunder and Lightning quickly tell her that Sam is their handyman, so she will not get suspicious about him. Seeing everything is in order, Mother Nature leaves for her vacation (either at Alcapulgo or the Swiss Alps, depending on which machine is fixed last) but not before telling Thunder and Lightning to keep up the good work.

Mother Nature is shown to be an almost strict perfectionist about the weather as she warned Thunder and Lightning they will be punished if she finds everything isn't absolutely perfect. However, she means well as she wants to make sure nothing disastrous happens on Earth because of the weather. She will act more kindly towards her employees when they work hard and keep things orderly.
