The Pumpkin Head is an item, also known as a jack-o'-lantern with only two round eyes used by Sam in Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat From Your Head To Your Feet.

The pumpkin head is important in both storylines involving Chuck Cheddar.
During Mickey Hollandaise's attempt to impress the audience, someone in the audience angrily throws this pumpkin head at Mickey due to the latter being unable to tell a funny joke (his note cards were mixed up at the time). After Mickey goes to take a break and the player clicks on the pumpkin head, Pajama Sam asks Mickey if he can take the pumpkin head and Mickey says he can go ahead as he has no use for it.
Sam must then use the pumpkin head to disguise himself as a Gourd named "Sam Gourd", so that the Gourd Guards can let him go into the astronomy tower, as the right gourd guard calls him "Mr. Gourd" for nothing. Sam puts it away once he gets inside, but puts it back on when he leaves.
