The tire pump is an object used in Freddi Fish 4: The Case of the Hogfish Rustlers of Briny Gulch. It is found in the ship wreck and only found in the version of the game where a bandana is required. The tire pump is used to inflate the buoy so that the weight can be lifted off of the Suitcase.
