Freddi Fish 2: The Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse[]
The wheel is one of five possible items necessary for the trap. The wheel is located in Captain Schnitzel's submarine, however it's locked on tight by a bolt and Freddi and Luther can't make it budge with their fins. After the duo get the Wrench from the engine room in the school cellar, they can use it to loosen the bolt of the submarine's steering system and obtain the wheel (which replaces the wrench).
