Mrs. Bumper is a character in Putt-Putt Joins the Parade. She resides in house number four on Blue Street. She has a Southern accent.
Putt-Putt Joins the Parade[]
Putt-Putt can mow her lawn if Smokey states Putt-Putt should start mowing lawns on Blue Street; or deliver his groceries from Baldini's Grocery Store if Mr. Baldini requests him to do so.
Besides Putt-Putt, she is the only car who doesn't live on Green Street to join the Cartown Pet Parade. Her pet is a sleepy hound dog. She carries a yellow balloon and is in the back.
Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon[]
Gert makes a cameo at the end of Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon. When Putt-Putt lands back on Earth, she tells him she hopes he's all right, as everyone was worried about him.
