Game(s) Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo

Kenya is a lion cub featured in Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo. She is the daughter of King Leo and Queen Leona and is one of the six missing zoo animals that Putt-Putt must rescue. Her name comes from Kenya, a country in southeastern Africa. She and Sammy Seal are the only baby animals that have two parents.

Kenya is the one animal to be rescued in the game's demo.

History

Just before the grand opening of the Cartown Zoo, Kenya goes missing. She gets stuck on an outcrop of the waterfall in Jungle Land. Kenya cannot swim and must be rescued using rope. After Putt-Putt saves her, Kenya returns to her parents in the Grasslands.

If Kenya isn't the last animal to be rescued, it is possible for Putt-Putt to revisit Kenya's home where her parents are happily taking a nap, meaning they couldn't have thanked him for saving Kenya.

Appearance

Kenya is a young lion cub only a few months old. Her fur is a tan color while her chest more sandy. She has several dark spots on her back showing her young age. Kenya is also one of the baby animals in the closing overview shot of the Cartown Zoo with her parents. Kenya and her parents are also seen on a plate at the Gift Cart.

Trivia

  • She is voiced by Katie Young in Putt Putt Saves The Zoo.
