Mayor Marilyn is the mayor of Coral Cove in Freddi Fish 5: The Case of the Creature of Coral Cove.
Plot[]
The first time Freddi Fish and Luther arrive at Mayor Marilyn's office, Mayor Marilyn is about to get a makeover. The player must get the right fin pic from the barber shop first. At that point in the game, Marilyn cannot speak because he is soaking in dish soap, which Freddi Fish likes the smell of. After getting the fin pic, Clyde gives Marilyn the haircut.
Personality[]
Mayor Marilyn is somewhat vain, taking great pride in his looks, he likes looking in a mirror and posing for photos. He often prefers to obsess over his looks to minding the welfare of Coral Cove. Nevertheless, when he is working, he takes his job seriously and was more than happy to help Freddi and Luther get into Coral Cove Park. After the two detectives do him a favor, he signs their permission slip to get Officer Beverly to allow them to enter the park.

- He might be based on the Mary Tyler Moore Show character of Ted Baxter. They are both vain and bumbling. They are also both blonde and have a similar way of speaking.
