Been creating new pages and updating some I thought were in need. I hope I'm not interefering or anything, as I realize I just started. However, I thought I could make some good contributions, especially with the Spy Fox characters, so I just set to work. :)
It's been a while since I've been on this wiki. As I look back on what I previously said, I was being a bit threatening. I'm sorry that I didn't mean to add something vulgar to your message wall here. Quite honestly, I had a dirty taste at the time. So, could you do me a big favor and archive my old discussions here, please? I just don't want anyone to see them anymore. But in the meantime, I will not use swear words and/or dirty words on here anymore. It's all because I have to keep everything on here clean, if I can. I will also edit more articles too. See you soon!
Hello? Are you still alive? I just wanted to apologize for my serious mistake I made. Like I said, I will never, never, never, never, NEVER EVER use swear words online again. I will be more polite next time.
When I was on Atari's website, I was on the kids section and I noticed that they had the PC versions of Freddi Fish 5, Spy Fox 3, Spy Fox 1, Spy Fox: Cheese Chase and Pajama Sam 1 back. So, thank God they have them back, which makes you not go insane. For some reason, Atari won't let us see their HE products on iOS obn their site. What the hell is going on? For example, click this link and you'll see what I mean:
You wrote, "because Atari NEVER intended to make demos for their own HE-related games for Humongous Entertainment." How do you know that Atari never intended to make demos? Maybe they had plans to make demos that were scrapped in the end. What I meant was I will let this statement be added to the page if someone can show me a message from Atari which states that they never intended to make demos. This could be in the form of an email from Atari, an interview with one of the staff, a press release, etc. Does this clear things up?
Oh, I know, I think as of 2002 or so, I think a lot of companies thought that it would be just a waste of space by adding demos to games, so that's what it means. That's just why they stopped making demos.
Some of the Putt-Putt games remind me of a UK TV show entitled "Brum." Have you ever watched it? I'm sure that the TV show inspired the game series. Get this: Putt-Putt is a copy of Brum, and Disney's film "Cars" is a copy of Putt-Putt. If you watched the ending to season 3 of the TV show (also known as "Brum Brum Gets Things Done")....
Hey, I apparently haven't seen you since July of last year according to your Contributions page. I saw your Unstable Teleportation Plasmid image on the wiki with your name under it and decided to check if you were still active anywhere. Stopped here when I noticed you had some recent edits. I didn't even realize what this wiki was about by name until I clicked and saw the logo in the top left corner. I loved Putt-Putt, Freddy Fish, and Pajama Sam!
Anyway, wanted to see how you were. Maybe you want to keep contact? Gardimuer, BlueIsSupreme, Willbachbakal, and I all have each other on Steam I think.
Long time no see! Do you like the wiki? It obviously needs work. I don't have the time I once did, and not many people are helping out. Like you, I also love the Humongous Entertainment games. I grew up with them. Great memories.
I would love to chat with ya'll again, but I'm rarely on Steam. I really only use it to play single player games (Amnesia, Binding of Isaac). I don't have a gold membership on Live anymore either.
Recently I've been getting into horror games. I've played some great ones and some not so great ones. I love the Silent Hill series, but I've only had the chance to play 1-4. I hear they are the only good ones but I still want to play the others. How have you been?
Wiki looks great, fits itself. :P I actually downloaded a emulator port of Pajama Sam: You Are What You Eat From Your Head To Your Feet a month or two back and finished it within an hour I'd guess. Was fun, although it made me realize how stupid I was back then to take days. xD
We could stil add you for those times you do come on. :) A lot of things are Steam integrated nowadays, so... Ya. BioShock Infinite news has been going on lately, and if they Steam integrate it. :P
I haven't played Silent Hill and only seem clips from their games, but I'd say they're all good in their own way. xD My shoulder has been hurting for over a day now, but otherwise I suppose I'm fine. If you're on Steam, look up MegaScience, ASuffusionOfYellow, and BlueIsSupreme.
What the hell is going on with Atari's marketing? I looked around Atari's website and they've been released some HE games on that goddamn iOS crap. Last Sunday, I looked around my local Best Buy and some of the PC games are still sold there, but NO more copies of the PC versions of the Humongous Entertainment games (e.g. "Putt-Putt Travels Through Time," "Putt-Putt: Pep's Birthday Surprise," etc) marketed by Atari are there. So, whatever idiots at Atari that took the PC games away are NO friends of mine. You don't wanna mess with the jedi of video games. That's right. I NEVER wanna give my real name. But for those who want me to have a name, call me by my Star Wars-related name, Mr. Jedi. Nobody messes with the Jedi. Whoever at Atari did that to the PC games should be shot. If it was up to me, I would shoot Atari in the head!! Fuck you, Atari!!!
Great idea, then there would be no more Humongous games for sure. As Admin, I have been understanding up till now, but I am getting a little tired of your senseless ranting. If you are trolling, please do so somewhere else. If you have a genuine concern for the Humongous games, take it up with Atari. There is nothing I can do to help you with this. I am asking you to stop complaining and to take your anger to someone who has the patience to listen, because mine has all but run out. This is your first warning. After three, I will ban you for a short time. I do appreciate you bringing your problems to me, but I have offered solutions and you have either ignored them or been too impatient to give them a try. I hope that this can be worked out and we can continue to work together to make this wiki a more complete source of information about the Humongous games. Thanks for your time, I hope you choose to calm down.
In regards to your autism, don't use it as an excuse not to do things. Try to prove to people that you are in control of your autism, not that your autism is in control of you. Just a little encouragement to brighten your day. :)
Yeah, just in my own regards. But Atari is still such a complete moron for taking the PC games (e.g. Putt-Putt Travels Through Time, Spy Fox 1, Putt-Putt: Pep's Birthday Surprise, Pajama Sam 4, etc) away.
I definately agree with that. If a company makes a product, they should continue to support it until they officially announce it as discontinued. Additionally, they shouldn't discontinue Humongous games.
Oh wait, I may have a concern, but how can I take it up with Atari? Please reply to two of my posts here, please. I still really, REALLY like to know why Atari just did that to the HE PC games (e.g. the ones with the 2008 packaging) before I go fucking insane.
Ok, I looked on Atari's website to see how to contact them and...Oh, wow. I can't seem to find any way of contacting them for the kind of complaint you have. You could try posting in their Forums. Or you could try Submitting a help request. I thought this would be an easy thing to do, but apparently not. Go ahead and try these methods and if they don't work, let me know.
Okay, I submitted a help request to register my opinion about the same PC games I told you about, and... Damn, they did not reply to my message yet. They also did not listen to me, nor they payed attention to me.
