MopTop Island is where Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat from Your Head to Your Feet is set. It resembles Pajama Sam's body. It contains all the different food groups. Unfortunately, the sweets are trying to take power and an emergency conference, containing delegates of all the food groups, has been called by Carrot. Sam has to find and help all the delegates that are unable to make it to the conference, so that the delegates can find a way to resolve the issue involving the sweets takeover.
Thanks to Sam saving the delegates and convincing the delegates that no food group is better than another, the delegates and General Beetfoot decide to declare peace instead of war to resolve the takeover.
There is a heart in the middle of the island. The four chambers of the heart lead to different areas of the island.
