The Old Whale Bones will always have a whale bone that Freddi and Luther give to the Junkyard Dogfish in the Junkyard so he'll leave, allowing them to enter the junkyard.
The Old Whale Bones appear in all versions of the game but is important to go to in its own storyline. Also, taking the bone to give to the Junkyard Dogfish is completely optional unless Freddi and Luther need the Bottle from the Junkyard and/or King Crab.

- in the demo version of FreddiFish and the case of the missing kelp seeds the old whale bones is located next to the cave where Gabby is stuck it's possible the old whalebones was originally going to be located there but was changed in the final version the design of the room is also slightly different compared to the final version
