In Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat from Your Head to Your Feet, MopTop Island is in trouble. The sweets have declared war on the other food groups and have taken over most of the island due to their large numbers. General Beetfoot wants to declare war on the sweets due to all the problems they are causing, but Carrot tries to prevent this by having a peace conference between six delegates (one for each food group). Unfortunately, some of the delegates have gone missing. After Pajama Sam and Florette escape from jail, Carrot requests Sam to assist him in rescuing the four missing delegates and even gives him a list to show what each of the delegates look like.
After Sam rescues the missing delegates, he goes to the Peace Conference only to find the delegates are arguing over which food group is the healthiest. When Sam tries to stop the arguing from escalating further, General Beetfoot and Carrot arrive with the former declaring war due to the yelling and shouting. Sam is however able to make a speech about how no food group is better than another in order to convince the delegates to stop arguing and convince the General to declare peace instead of war.
