Puffer is a porcupine pufferfish who appeared in Freddi Fish 4: The Case of the Hogfish Rustlers of Briny Gulch. He is situated in front of the old mines. Due to his reflexes, he puffs up anytime someone goes near him. This includes Freddi and Luther. To get past, Freddi can use pepper to coax puffer into sneezing.
Appearance
Puffer is a turquoise pufferfish with orange eyebrows and fins.
