The Red Alien is one of the characters in Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon.
Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon[]
When Putt-Putt sees the red alien stuck in the Moon Goo River saying help after he learns from Governor Moonbeam he needs to do a good deed in order to get a key for the rocket ship so he can get back to Earth, so he saves him by grabbing his hook. The alien thanks him, said that he did his good deed for the day and says, "We'll see ya!" and jumped away. This good deed will be enough to allow Governor Moonbeam to let Putt-Putt take a key from the display stand.
