Putt-Putt will meet Redline Rick whenever he enters the racing area. He gives out Putt-Putt the requirements what he needs in order to race with the other racing cars. His requirements include high speed octane gasoline, four racing tires, a flag with a specific number, and a safety helmet for Pep. When Putt-Putt has all the requirements, Redline Rick will allow him to race.
Depending in which lap Putt-Putt has stayed on in the race, Redline Rick will give him a different reward.
