Reginald's Costume is an item found in Putt-Putt Joins the Circus. It was accidentally separated from Reginald Cornelius Andronocles III and it was being worn by Francine, which really makes it tight on her. When Putt-Putt gives Francine her bathing suit back, she takes off the costume and gives it to Putt-Putt. Then he returns the costume to Reginald.
